While we can’t disclose specific names of the clients with whom we work, we can tell you that the list consists of a major book store, the largest private home rental company, a huge home improvement store (think “orange”) and several more. As soon as you’re fully registered, you’ll have access to the entire list of available companies.


The Nitty Gritty – What you really want to know…

Your pay rate will depend on which clients you select to service. Most offer a base starting rate and will pay more if you consistently meet their specific service metrics.

This is important: you will NOT be an employee of Jamco Solutions LLC. You will be an independent contractor and, at the end of the year, we will send you a 1099 tax form. This means that you are responsible for your taxes. We don’t offer employee benefits such as health insurance, vacation or sick days, etc. You are your own boss. You’ll select the clients to work with and choose your days and hours to work (within the client’s specified requirements). Most clients do have a minimum number of hours that they expect you to work, and some require at least a few hours on the weekends.

Where do we come in? In order to work with one of these clients, you must work for a call center company that is approved to provide service through the Arise platform. That’s us. We pay Arise to use their platform which allows us to offer the opportunity to you. Our main purpose is to help you become successful and provide the best service to the client’s customers. We keep an eye on your metrics, provide feedback and, most importantly, pay you. In order to provide the opportunity to you, review your metrics, maintain schedules, and other important services, we do assess a charge of $39 per active service period. This amount is automatically deducted from the amount due to you. There are two service periods per month, the 1st and the 15th of each month. These are the dates on which you will receive your payments. The charge is only applied during active periods. If you don’t have any payment due, the fee is not charged.

5-Step Process

  • REGISTER YOUR INTENT – Give us your name and email address so that get the heads up that you are interested in this opportunity. We’ll then send you an email with the link to create your profile (noted in the next step) and our company ID.
  • PROFILE FORM – Create a profile
  • NDA – Sign a non-disclosure agreement to access client names & details
  • SUBMIT OUR COMPANY ID – This will be our EIN, which we will disclose once you have registered with our web site.
  • SELECT CLIENT OPPORTUNITY – After discussing options with us, choose the client program(s) you would like to service.

Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. Most come with a fee that ranges from $9.99 -$249.
